Ricardo José Abud Rodríguez

He rose from the position of Coordinator for International Negotiations and Agreements at the state-owned energy company CADAFE to leadership positions at the Comptroller General's Office of the Bolivarian Republic and specialized agricultural agencies of Venezuela. He holds a Master's degree and is an agricultural engineer, having graduated from the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN) in Moscow. He has extensive expertise in strategic and financial planning, comprehensive corporate auditing, profitability assessment, and support for international negotiation processes. He is fluent in Spanish, Russian, and English, and is also a writer, poet, and professor.
